This compilation was conformed from Chunksofmeats "Battle of the Bad Ass Bands" series in 2004 and will consist of the bands in the battle finals. Bands Cast the Stone, Prig, Cleevage, Baine, 06 Gauge, Desecr8, Ununbiun and Dose will each feature one song on this historical compilation. Some of these bands have placed a song on here that will only be able to be heard on this compilation apposed from their demos and cd's. These 8 bands are true pioneers of the metal scene in STL in it's current era.
This compilation has 7 of the 8 bands recorded by Paul Moerke at The Sanctuary Studios. Along with Paul is Lee Skyles Producing and laying out the cd in full to capture the 2004 Chunksofmeat era in STL. More Chunks Meat Fest shows around STL will be posted here soon !
